GroundSwell Partners with Gamification Pioneers The Octalysis Group

WASHOUGAL, Wash. (March 28th, 2018) – GroundSwell today announced a partnership with The Octalysis Group, a company that helps businesses engage their customers through human focused design or “gamification”.

Founded by author and gamification thought leader Yu-kai Chou, The Octalysis Group identified 8 Core Drives that motivate people to take action. Through a collaborative design process they help companies incorporate the behavioral motivators that govern human interaction into products, services, and the workplace.

The company will help apply these gamification principles to GroundSwell’s shop-and-support card programs in an effort to create a remarkable experience for their card holders and partners.
